How do I provide my prescription for prescription lenses?
You can upload a photo of your prescription during the checkout process, or email it to our customer support team after placing your order. Please ensure the prescription includes your Pupillary Distance (PD).
What is your return policy for sunglasses and frames?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all non-prescription frames and sunglasses in their original condition. Please note that custom-made prescription lenses are non-refundable.
Are your designer frames 100% authentic?
Yes, we are authorized retailers for every brand we carry. All eyewear comes with the original designer case, cleaning cloth, and manufacturer's certificate of authenticity.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Non-prescription items usually ship within 1-2 business days. For prescription orders, please allow 5-10 business days for our lab to custom-craft and quality-check your lenses before shipping.
