Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Fashion Eyewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new frames. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Frames

  Place the eyewear in its original branded case and packaging, ensuring all cleaning cloths and certificates of authenticity are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your account portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
